1.if you want to buy BOP gear, we need to transfer the character to the specific server : Boulderfist-Alliance,Barthilas-Horde. if you want to buy Achievements Mount Powerleveling, we need to transfer the character to the specific server : Illidan-Horde.

2.About the fee of transferring When you place the order , it will notice you whether you want to add the fee of charater transferring ,if you want our company to complete the transfer ,then please choose transferring fee. Every transfer needs 25dollars ,so it will cost 50dollars for charater transfer twice (if you server is not Illidan-Horde) Because transfer charater will affact the security and privacy of the account ,we kindly advise that you transfer charater by yourself.

3.Cann't get the BOP gear Because the flexibility of loot, if we cann't get the BOP gear you want ,there are three ways you can choose: a. We will continue to powerlevel for you until we get the BOP gear you bought; b. We will exchange another BOP or BOE gear that the charater don`t have with the same level you bought; c. We will refund all the money (but you have to afford the transferring fee );

4.Requirment of your charater a. If you want to powerlevel the BOP gear ,then you charater's level must be 85,the lowest gear average level must be 340; b. If you charater's level and the gear average level cann't reach our requirement ,our company can also powerlevel your charater and your gear first(but the fee will also be caculated, please consult the customer service or customer representive about the details ) ,then powerlevel the BOP gear . c. As to the charater of powerleveling Achievements Mount, it only needs the charater's level to be 85.
